The Shared Services Hub is a resource for early childhood care providers in a 16-county area in Northeast Kansas. We are proud to be able to offer services such as HR services, Professional Training, and a lending library, all of which can be accessed through the Share Services Hub program. Early Childhood HR Specialist
We are proud to offer a shared HR Specialist who is dedicated to helping our team members navigate the complexities of HR-related processes.
The HR Specialist assists with onboarding, benefits administration, child care licensing background checks, employee relations, and other administrative duties.
By providing this service, we free up your, allowing you to focus on providing high-quality care and education in your community.
Professional Development
The Shared Services Hub provides opportuntities throughout the year for professional training development opportunities that are approved for training clock hours by the Kansas Department of Health and Environment.

Our Professional Support program offers education, resources, and on-site coaching to support early childhood providers in providing high-quality early childhood opportunities for the children they serve.
Our team coaches from a foundation of trauma-informed strategies, racial equity focus, and positive behavior support.
